How do I enter the ‘Own the morning’ Promotion?

Purchase a promotional pack of Soft & Gentle from participating retailers while stocks last. Then visit www.softandgentle.com/ownthemorning between 7am and 10pm and enter the barcode and your details to find out instantly if you have won one of our prizes. All entries will also be entered into the prize draw for your chance to win a spa weekend! If entered outside the time period you can re-enter between 7am and 10pm the next day.

Who can enter?

Anyone over the age of 18 who lives in the United Kingdom can enter this promotion.

Why is the Republic of Ireland excluded from this promotion?

Unfortunately, with the bespoke laws around promotions in the Republic of Ireland, we are not able in this instance to extend our promotion to this country.

What does a promotional pack of Soft & Gentle Classic range look like?

Which packs are included in this prize draw?

This promotion runs across 4 products in the Soft & Gentle Classic range:

  • - Soft & Gentle Jasmine & Coco Classic Anti-perspirant 250ml
  • - Soft & Gentle Verbena & Waterlily Classic Anti-perspirant 250ml
  • - Soft & Gentle Wild Rose & Vanilla Classic Anti-perspirant 250ml

Where do I find the barcode?

The 13 digit barcode is located on the back of our promotional packs.

When does the promotion start and finish?

Enter between 14.05.18 and 30.09.18. Entries only accepted between 7am and 10pm each day.

How often can I enter?

You can enter as many times as you like as long as you purchase a promotional pack of Soft & Gentle Classic range. Each barcode on our promotional packs gives you one entry to our promotion.

I entered the wrong email address. What do I do?

Please re-enter with the correct email address.

What prizes can I win, and how?

By entering the ‘Own the morning’ on-pack promotion, you have the chance to win one or some of these prizes:

Daily prizes:35 x Coffee voucher - £10 Starbucks eGift , 35 x Washbags, 35 x £10 Pure Gym vouchers, 23 x Gym water bottles,  Weekly prizes:6 x Lumie Alarm Clock, 6 x £25 Cote vouchers, 6 x Mindfullness Book, 6 x Dr. Hauschka Face Care Kits

You will also be entered into a grand prize draw with the chance of winning a spa weekend worth £1000.

Who has won prizes in the promotion?

The winners list will be hosted on www.promowinners.com/SoftandGentle for a period of 8 weeks after the promotion has closed.

Can I select which prize I would like to win?

It is not possible to select which prize you would like as these are selected at random. However, there are lots of prizes up for grabs and you can enter more than once provided you use a barcode each time you purchase a promotional bottle of Soft & Gentle Classic Range.

Where can I get a promotional pack?

You can find our Soft & Gentle limited-edition bottles in selected Tesco, Asda, Boots, Morrisons, Superdrug, Coop and independent pharmacies. For more information on where to buy our products simply click here

I have entered my barcode but I keep getting an error message; what should I do?

Please check that the barcode you have entered matches the one on the back of the promotional pack of Soft & Gentle Classic. If you continue to have problem, please click here and enter your details so we can investigate this further for you.

I have been told that I have won a prize but I haven’t received it.

Congratulations on being one of our winners. Please allow 28 days from when you won to receive your prize. If you have not received it after that, please click here and enter your details with your query so we can investigate this further for you.

How will I know if I’ve won?

If you’ve won an instant prize you’ll know as soon as you have entered your barcode on www.softandgentle.com/ownthemorning. A “win” message will appear on your screen confirming you are a winner. You will then receive an email detailing your winning prize.

I have received my prize but it is damaged.

Congratulations on being one of our winners! We’re sorry your prize did not reach you in correct condition. Please enter your details and include a picture of the damaged prize by clicking here so we can investigate this further for you.

Do I need to retain my pack until I know the outcome?

Proof of purchase and original packaging may be required to verify your claim - so don’t throw it away.

Do I need internet?

You will need internet access to enter your barcode and participate on www.softandgentle.com/ownthemorning

Why do you take my address before letting me know if I have won? 

This is to ensure that if you don’t win a prize we can send you a coupon with money off as a thank you. Your details are only used for this purpose t be used for marketing purposes unless you have opted in to subscribe to our newsletter. If you have not won and not subscribed to the newsletter, your details will be deleted at the end of the promotion.



I received your 60p off coupon but I cannot get the software to install.

How do I redeem the 60p off coupon?

If you were not one of our lucky winners then you will have been sent a link to download a 60p off coupon. You will need to download the software to print this coupon. I do not have access to a printer
